Before your appointment, please fill in the Patient Intake Form (there is a link in both your booking confirmation and appointment confirmation emails).

Medicare or Health Fund Rebates

Naturopaths and Homeopaths do not receive Medicare Rebates. Some health funds rebate for Naturopathy as of 1 July 2025.
